Products and Services

Ohio Packaging provides used and new packaging materials including gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC totes. We also offer repair, recycling, and transportation services.

• All products are sold "as is" according to their specified grade
• Product images are representative and actual products may vary
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon our acceptance and payment arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment terms will be established at the time of order.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or carrier issues.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect all products upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. Contact us to discuss any concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Ohio Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
